8.4Bullpadel Neuron 02 2026
Bullpadel · 2026
Repeatable direction on every shot
No free depth on dead balls
8Lobs and blocks leave calm and deep, and the soft face keeps vibration away from the arm through long matches. It suits intermediate and advanced point builders, including players nursing an elbow. Players who finish with a flat smash should pick the carbon Neuron 02 or the Edge, because a full swing gets partly absorbed.

Tactical right-side player who builds points and reads the game
Tactical right side player who is not afraid of using every trick in the book to "disturb the rhytm" of the opponent.
The Bullpadel Neuron 02 Cloud 2026 is the comfort version of Fede Chingotto's Neuron 02. It belongs to Bullpadel's 2026 Cloud series, next to the Hack 04 Hybrid Cloud and the Vertex 05 Cloud, which are built for players who want to play often without paying for it in the elbow. The teardrop shape, the carbon frame and the 365–375g weight carry over from the standard Neuron 02. The difference is in the hitting face. Bullpadel replaces the 3K carbon with fibreglass and lays it over a much softer CloudEva core, so contact feels cushioned and slow balls get a little extra depth without extra effort.
Compared with last year's Neuron Cloud 25, this version is built on the 2026 Neuron 02 rather than the older Neuron. Compared with the carbon Neuron 02, it gives up some crispness and finishing punch in exchange for comfort. The list price is around €270, and it often sells for €150–215.
What the Reviewers Say
Reviewers agree on the order of priorities: control first, comfort right behind it. Padelful calls it "a control-first racket with a very soft hand" and notes that blocks from the back come out deep enough to reset the point without fuss. Coach Calvin of Pro Tennis Padel Sport, who reviewed the whole 2026 Cloud series, sees it the same way: "the Neuron's DNA is precision and control, and the Cloud version is softer, with much less vibration." He pitches it at players who like to set the tempo and play long rallies without tiring.
Fun Padel Shop focuses on handling. They found it quick to get into position and easy to turn at the net, and say it "rewards patience", giving you the confidence to play one more volley or one more bandeja until the opening comes. They also point out that the impact is smooth without going vague, so you still feel the ball leave the face. Padelreference reaches the same verdict on paper, scoring comfort 9/10 and pointing it at tactical players who build points methodically, especially those with arm trouble.
Power is where the numbers split. Padelreference gives it 8/10, while Total Padel rates power 1 out of 5 against 5 out of 5 for comfort and forgiveness. The written and video reviews explain the gap. Slow balls and lobs get easy ball exit, but a full smash is partly absorbed. Fun Padel Shop describes enough pace for overheads that arrives in a measured way, and Padelful says it does not chase brute-force finishing power.
How it plays..
Blocks, lobs and low returns come off calm and deep, and the soft face forgives a late contact when the rally speeds up, which makes it a strong tool for building a point from the back. The trade-off shows at the end of the point. On a high ball the racket will not finish for you, so right-side players have to win with placement, a well-aimed bandeja or a volley at the feet rather than a flat smash. Players whose arm no longer tolerates stiff carbon will find that a fair trade.
Defense
Defence is where it is strongest. The soft core and fibreglass faces add a little free depth, so lobs and blocks from behind the service line reach the back of the court without a big swing. The teardrop head and medium balance keep it quick when you are pinned in the corner, and fast balls off the glass feel calm on the arm.
Attack
In attack it asks for placement over pace. It has enough speed for a bandeja or víbora into the side glass and for smashes aimed at the corners. Flat smashes meant to go out over the wall are harder, because the soft face swallows part of a full swing. Players who close points with power will miss the extra punch of the Neuron 02 Edge.
Netplay
At the net it is quick and forgiving. Reviewers found it easy to change direction in fast exchanges, and off-centre volleys still carry. Volleys leave controlled and slightly cushioned. Punched volleys have less sting than with the carbon Neuron 02, so you win at the net through direction more than weight of shot.
Our Advice for New Players
Beginners can play with it. The soft face and teardrop shape are forgiving, and it is easy on the arm. At 365–375g and a premium list price it is more racket than most first-year players need, so a lighter, cheaper soft racket makes more sense until your swing is consistent.
Our Advice for Intermediate Players
This is the natural fit. Intermediate players who like to rally, lob and wait for the right ball get comfort, easy depth and control in one frame. It also suits players coming back from elbow or shoulder pain who still want a pro-line shape.
Competitive level
Advanced players on the right side who defend well and build points get Chingotto-style control with a softer feel. Advanced attackers, and anyone who needs the smash to finish points, are better served by the standard Neuron 02 or the Neuron 02 Edge.
How It Compares
Bullpadel Neuron 02 2026: the same shape and weight, with 3K carbon faces and a firmer core. The Padel School found it very accurate but noted that you have to put some swing into it to get power. Pick the carbon version if you have a full, clean swing and want a drier, more precise feel. Pick the Cloud if comfort and free depth on slow balls matter more.
Bullpadel Hack 04 Hybrid Cloud 2026: the Cloud sibling with the same fibreglass and CloudEva build. Pro Tennis Padel Sport places it with more dynamic players who switch quickly from defence to attack. The Neuron Cloud is the calmer, control-first choice for patient point builders.

Recommended for
Intermediate to advanced control players, mostly on the right side, who build points with lobs, blocks and placed volleys and want a comfortable, arm-friendly racket. Not for players who rely on smash power.
