What the reviewers say

The reviewers agree on control first. Probando Palas called last year's version the best control racket of the year, and says the 2025 model can still be "one of the best control rackets from the back of the court", because it stays progressive when you speed up your arm. Dani 13 found the same confidence at high pace: you can play a firm ball "without the fear that it will fly off on you". Total Padel describes it as "smooth to swing, very predictable", a racket for players who build points and stay consistent.

They disagree on how much the racket helps. Both Spanish reviewers say you have to lengthen your stroke at slow or medium pace, because the MultiEva rubber gives little free ball output. Dani 13 goes further: the sweet spot is standard size and sits high on the face, and off-centre hits on smashes and blocks die quickly, so he ranked the smash as its weakest zone. On the new texture, opinions split. Probando Palas feels a small but real gain in spin on the víbora and slice, while Dani 13 noticed almost no difference from 2024. Both dislike the new side exit for the wrist cord.

The Neuron 2025 rewards players who place the ball rather than force it. The feel is firm and clean, and the light 3D texture gives slightly more bite on sliced volleys and víboras than the 2024 version. The trade-off is plain: it adds little power by itself, so pace overhead has to come from your own swing and a clean hit.

The low balance and a weight around 360g keep it quick at the back of the court. At high pace it is very controllable and progressive, so you can hit hard defensive balls without them flying long. At slow pace it needs a longer swing to reach good depth on lobs.

This is not a finishing racket. Flat and sliced smashes go where you aim, but power depends on hitting the centre of the face. Off-centre contact loses a lot of pace. Players who want free power from the air should look at a more head-heavy model.

The net is its strongest zone. Volleys are precise, the racket stays stable at speed, and the texture helps with slice, bandeja and víbora. Blocks with very little swing can drop short, so keep a small follow-through.

How it compares

Next to the Bullpadel Neuron 2024, the 2025 model feels a little less dry and grips the ball slightly better, with the same hardness and shape. If the older one is much cheaper, the gap is small. The Bullpadel Neuron 02 Premier Padel 2026 continues the same control idea. Players who want more punch overhead should look at the Neuron Edge, the geometric-head version Bullpadel built for Chingotto, which according to Total Padel adds power on víboras and smashes but asks more of you.
