Nox Genius Attack 12K Alum Xtrem Agustín Tapia 2027
Nox · 2027
Diamond shape and high balance point to strong output overhead
Hard core will likely transfer vibration to the arm

On paper this is a racket for advanced attackers on the left who want weight in the head for smashes and viboras. The high balance and longer grip should reward fast swings but punish late arms. Players who build points from the back will likely find it demanding.

Tactical right-side player who builds points and reads the game
Tactical right side player who is not afraid of using every trick in the book to "disturb the rhytm" of the opponent.
The Ventus Attack 12K Xtrem 2027 is the first Nox racket built around Aimar Goñi, the young left-side attacker who joined the brand's pro team. It sits in the Ventus line, next to the Ventus Hybrid, as the more aggressive of the two.
The recipe is a classic attacking one: a diamond head, a high balance and a medium-hard feel. Retailers list a weight range of 360 to 375 grams and a price of roughly 290 to 350 euros depending on region. It is aimed at advanced players who want to finish points, not at players still learning the game.
What the Brand Says
Nox builds the faces in 12K Xtrem carbon over an MLD Black EVA core, which the brand says adapts its response to the speed of the shot. The VCS vibration system, according to Nox, transmits 60% less vibration to the arm than its predecessor. The Dual Spin surface is there for grip on the ball.
The Oversize Grip adds 30 mm of handle length. Nox presents this as room for two-handed shots, and retailers note that it also moves the balance further toward the head, which adds inertia on smashes. A Weight Balance system lets the player adjust the balance.
Early coverage so far is collection-level: Zona de Pádel and Dani 13 both covered the full Nox 2027 range in first-impression videos, and el4Set tried Goñi's new racket briefly alongside Agustín Tapia's AT10. None of these is a dedicated review of this model yet.
How It Compares
Against the Nox EA10 Ventus Attack, Edu Alonso's attacking Ventus model, it shares the diamond shape, high balance and 12K carbon faces, so on paper the two aim at the same player. The difference Nox points to is the updated vibration control. Against the Ventus Hybrid in the same 2027 line, the Attack should give more power overhead and less forgiveness from the back of the court. Both comparisons are on paper only.
