Nox AT10 Pro Cup Soft 20267.8

Conclusion

The AT10 Pro Cup Soft 2026 gives lots of ball exit on slow and medium shots, so defence and long rallies feel easy. It suits intermediate players who value comfort and a forgiving sweet spot. It is not for players who want to finish points with flat smashes from the back, because the soft core holds the ball on hard hits.

The Nox AT10 Pro Cup Soft 2026 is the comfort version of the Pro Cup line, the more affordable branch of Agustín Tapia's AT10 family. It uses the same teardrop mould and medium balance as the Pro Cup Hard. The difference is inside: a low-density soft core behind aluminised fibreglass faces instead of carbon. The result is a racket that pushes the ball out easily at slow speeds and stays kind to the arm.

For 2026 Nox added two things from the top AT10 models. Side perforations in the frame make it quicker to swing, and rubber inserts in the frame take out some of the vibration. It usually sells for around 150 to 200 euros, which puts it well below the Genius models.

What the Reviewers Say

What the reviewers say

The reviewers agree on the main point: this is a comfort and control racket with a lot of easy output, and it pays for that on the hardest overhead shots.

Total Padel tested it over several sessions and called it "impressive in terms of control and comfort", saying defence "felt so easy and enjoyable". Their tester also found the smash easy to execute because the racket moves so fast through the air.

Padel Market is more careful about attack. Their reviewer says that at low speed the ball comes out a lot, but that on a hard smash the ball stays on the racket a little longer, so it is harder to be offensive from the back of the court. He found the bandeja more comfortable than the víbora and rated it right for an intermediate player.

PadelTestLab gives it 80 out of 100 and highlights the ball exit, writing that "the racket does its share of the work". It also lists the flip side: the fibreglass face limits raw power on full smashes, and firm blocking volleys give less feedback.

The small disagreement is about power. Total Padel found enough speed for smashes. Padel Market and PadelTestLab both say the soft core holds back the flat, hard overhead.

How it plays..

Our take: Kaj's summary

This is one of the easier AT10 models to play well with. The big sweet spot and soft core help on off-centre hits, and the racket does not punish a technique that is still developing. The trade-off is clear: if you want to win points with hard flat smashes, the ball will sit on the face too long. For consistency and comfort, it is a very good buy at this price.

Defense

Defence is where the Soft is strongest. Reviewers found blocks stable and lobs easy to place, and the soft core sends the ball deep without a big swing. Low balls need a clean contact, but the wide sweet spot forgives a lot.

Attack

In attack it is fine, not special. The racket is quick, so smashes come from speed of swing rather than weight. Flat smashes and víboras lose some punch because the ball stays on the face. Players who use spin and placement get more from it than players who hit through the ball.

Netplay

At the net it is easy to handle and precise on soft volleys and the bandeja. To volley aggressively you need to add some arm, and firm blocks give less feedback than a harder racket.

Our Advice for New Players

A committed beginner who plays often can use it, thanks to the comfort and easy output. The 360 to 375 gram weight is the only thing to check, so pick the lighter end if you can.

Our Advice for Intermediate Players

This is the target player. If you play a few times a week, spend a lot of time in defence and want to protect your arm, the Soft is one of the safest choices in the mid-price range.

Competitive level

Advanced control players on the right side can use it as a comfortable second racket. Left-side finishers will miss power on the smash and should look at the Pro Cup Hard or a Genius model.

How It Compares

How it compares

  • Nox AT10 Pro Cup Hard 2026: the same mould with a harder core. It feels more solid and gives more on volleys and flat smashes, but it forgives less on off-centre hits. Pick the Hard if you attack from the net, the Soft if you defend and build points.
  • Nox AT10 Genius 12K Alum Xtrem Lite 2026: a lighter carbon AT10 with a similar comfort focus and more precision, at about twice the price.
