In this video we will show you, how 'freezing' in the preparation will help you in shots like the vibora and the service. But.. I think this will help you in every single padel shot out there. This is very different than an 'old' tennis technique. So I highly recommend to practice some shots with an early and frozen preparation.
You can also watch some world padel tour matches/ wpt highlights and watch the top players like Ale Galan, Lebron, Bela, Sanyo and more. Play their shots, they prepare very early and the swings are quite compact.
