7.8Nox Ml10 Ventus Control 3K 2026
Nox · 2026
Exceptional sweet spot forgiveness on off-centre hits
Feels slightly unstable on hard blocks at high pace

On paper this is a racket for advanced players who build points and want to place the ball, mostly from the left or as an all-court control option. The high-density core and 3K face point to a direct, fairly dry feel, so players who need easy power from the back should look elsewhere.
Final verdict coming soon
We rate a racket once enough players have tested it on court. Check back for the full review.

Left-handed right-side player with an attacking, finishing game
Always overperforms in the warm-up, always underperforms in the match. Such is life.
The Ventus Control 3K is the 2027 signature racket of Miguel Lamperti, and Nox presents it as the precision option in the Ventus line. It is a round frame with a balanced weight, so it sits on the control side of the Nox range rather than next to the head-heavy attack models.
Retailers list it from about 360 to 375 grams with a high-density core and a 3K carbon face. That points to a direct feel with clear feedback on where the ball goes. Our stored figure of 368g sits in that range; the exact weight of each unit will vary. It is in pre-order now, so nobody has published a hands-on test yet.
What the Brand Says
Nox says the high-density HR3 Black EVA core and the round shape balance control with power, and that the small-square 3K weave adds stiffness for precision. The brand claims its VCS system cuts the vibration that reaches the arm compared with the previous model. Weight Balance lets you add 2g or 4g counterweights, up to 8g, to move the balance. The Dual Spin surface combines a 3D texture with silica sand for grip on the ball.
Nox also cites the Testea Pádel lab at the Polytechnic University of Valencia naming the Ventus Control 3K among the best control rackets. The retailer pages do not make clear if that test covered this exact 2027 model.
How It Compares
On paper, it is the calmer sibling of the attacking rackets in the Nox range: round instead of diamond, balanced instead of head-heavy. Against the 2026 Ventus Control, the main stated changes are the VCS damping and the Weight Balance counterweights. Players who want more help from the back with a softer feel should compare it with a softer round Nox control model before they buy.
