7.4Bullpadel Elite W Gemma Triay 2025
Bullpadel · 2025
Quick to adapt to, confident from the first rally
Smooth face loses grip on spin shots
7.5The Elite W Tour Final 25 lobs deep with little effort and feels familiar within minutes. It suits intermediate and control-minded advanced players on either side, not hitters who finish with a hard víbora. The Fibrix face lets heavy spin slide off.

Left-handed right-side player with an attacking, finishing game
Always overperforms in the warm-up, always underperforms in the match. Such is life.
The Bullpadel Elite W Tour Final 25 is the special edition of Gemma Triay's Elite W 25, released for the Premier Padel Final at the end of the 2025 season. The spec sheet matches the regular Elite W 25: a light hybrid of around 350 to 360g with a medium balance, a Fibrix face (a glass fibre and carbon mix) and a dual-density rubber core. The higher list price buys the finish and the edition. The racket underneath is the same.
The change that matters happened in the base model. For 2025, Bullpadel moved the Elite back from the 3K carbon face of the 2024 version to Fibrix. That makes it softer, easier and more forgiving, and it loses some of the crisp response advanced players liked last year. Retail prices run from about €220 on discount to €350 at list.
What the Reviewers Say
The reviewers below tested the standard Elite W 25, which shares this edition's build. They agree it is easy to pick up and strong in defence. They split on how much control it gives at the net.
xTRES Padel found it the quickest to settle into of Bullpadel's 2025 range: "a safe racket, a racket that gives you confidence." He rated the defence and the control, but found it hard to put speed on the volley and called the feel a little soft.
Padel Review, an Italian channel, liked it less than last year's carbon version. They praised the lobs and the easy power at intermediate level, but warned that "with Fibrix the ball escapes, especially on the víbora." They also noted some vibration and a twisting head on hard blocks. Their scores: 9 for lobs and ball exit, 6.5 for control and for spin.
Padel Chiquito, a Spanish channel, called the touch "somewhat softer than I like, but very recommendable for lower levels." Its best score, 8.5, went to the volley for the handling and the sweet spot. The bandeja had plenty of control but lacked a little power.
How it plays..
This is a control-first hybrid that rewards placement more than a full, committed swing. Players who close points with a flat smash or a heavy víbora will feel the ball slide on the Fibrix face, and the top-end output stays modest at advanced pace. Played flat and deep, it is dependable and very easy to live with. For more finishing punch, the 2024 carbon Elite or the Vertex 04 W suit that game better.
Defense
This is its strongest area. The light hybrid head moves fast in the back court, and lobs go up deep with little effort, which both Padel Review and xTRES pointed out. Off the wall it stays controlled rather than explosive.
Attack
Power comes easily at intermediate swing speeds, and Padel Review got smashes to come back out to mid-court without forcing the swing. At advanced pace it tops out earlier than the 2024 carbon version. Spin shots need care: the lightly textured face does not hold the ball well on the víbora, so flat, deep hits work better.
Netplay
Quick and easy to handle at the net, with a good sweet spot for placing volleys, which earned Padel Chiquito's top score. The trade-off is stability. On hard incoming balls the head can twist a little, and xTRES found it hard to add pace to the volley.
Our Advice for New Players
Not a first racket at this price, but the soft, forgiving feel is easy to control. A fast improver can move up to it without a long adjustment.
Our Advice for Intermediate Players
The best fit. Intermediate players get easy depth, free power and a lot of comfort on either side of the court. Men who like light rackets can use it too.
Competitive level
Advanced players who build points and defend well will get on with it. Players who finish with a hard smash or víbora will probably want a firmer response than the Fibrix face gives.
