Oxdog Hyper Woman Air 2.0 2026

What to expect

The specs point to a women's all-court racket for intermediate to advanced players who want speed and control more than raw power. The 345 g weight and sandy face should help defense, placement and spin. Players who finish points with flat smashes may find it short of power, which is also what the first hands-on testers reported.

The Oxdog Hyper Woman Air 2.0 is the women's version of the Hyper line, Oxdog's teardrop family. It belongs to the 2026 women's collection next to the Ultimate Woman Air and the Pure Woman Air, and it is the middle option of the three: 345 g, a medium balance, a medium foam core and a carbon face with a sandy finish. Oxdog aims it at intermediate to advanced players who cover the whole court.

The difference from a standard Hyper is weight and grip. The Hyper Pro 2.0 weighs around 365 g, while the Woman Air is about 20 g lighter and gets Oxdog's new Slim Handle, a thinner grip for smaller hands. One date is uncertain: Oxdog's own product page lists the season as 2024/2025, while UK retailers and guides to the 2026 women's collection sell it as the 2026 model. We list it as 2026.

What the Brand Says

Oxdog describes it as a drop-shaped racket for active female players and says the medium balance and medium foam give "a balanced mix of control, stability, and power". The face is HES-Carbon, which Oxdog says reacts faster and transfers more energy into the ball, and the sand texture is there for spin. PowerRibs, rails along the frame, are meant to add power and reduce vibration, and Vibradamp silicone under the grip should absorb more of the shock. DSH, a pattern of double-size holes, is Oxdog's answer for hits outside the sweet spot, and RBS lets you adjust the balance. The Slim Handle is new for the women's range: a thinner grip profile that Oxdog says fits smaller hands and helps the wrist snap.

Early coverage is thin. The one hands-on video so far comes from YuTama, an Indonesian padel channel, where the host and two players, one of them a coach, hit with it from the back and at the net. They liked the low weight for defense and for play on the right side, the rough surface for brushing the ball, the control, and the small handle. Power was the shared downside, and one tester found it "too light for attacking" (translated from Indonesian). Padellife in Denmark also posted a short product clip, which is a showcase, not a test.

How It Compares

On paper, the Ultimate Woman Air is the attacking sibling: a diamond at 350 g for players who take the net and finish, so it should give more on overheads and forgive less. The Pure Woman Air goes the other way, at 340 g with a soft foam core aimed at comfort and control. The Hyper Woman Air sits between them in shape, weight and core.

Against the unisex Hyper Pro 2.0, it keeps the teardrop shape and the medium feel but drops about 20 g and thins the handle. Expect faster reactions at the net and less mass behind the ball on smashes. These are readings of the specs, not a test.
