8.1Bullpadel Xplo Comfort 26
Bullpadel · 2026
Large sweet spot for a diamond
Less pace than the 12K Xplo 26
7.9Reviewers found it noticeably softer than the 3K carbon XPLO 02, with easy power on blocks and volleys and a forgiving sweet spot. It suits intermediate to advanced attackers and players with sensitive elbows. Hard hitters who want a crisp, firm contact and every bit of smash pace should take the standard XPLO 02.

All-court player who prizes control, feel and spin
Bowe is convinced that the racket, shoes, court are the problem, never his own abilities.
The XPLO 02 Comfort 2027 is new to Bullpadel's XPLO line, the attacking diamond that Martín Di Nenno plays. It shares the standard XPLO 02's frame: the new geometric diamond shape, the thicker hexagonal throat with a central bar, and the same core. Retailers list it at 360–370g with a balance of about 27 cm, so the weight sits in the head.
The change is the face. The standard XPLO 02 moved to stiff 3K carbon for 2027, while the Comfort uses Bullpadel's Fibrix, a blend of carbon and fibreglass. At around 240 to 270 euros it also costs clearly less than the standard model.
What the Reviewers Say
Two reviewers have played it side by side with the standard XPLO 02, and they agree on the trade. On All Court Padel, the tester found the Comfort "a lot more spongy, a lot more free power" and summed it up as losing a bit of power but gaining comfort. He saw it as a strong option for intermediate players who want the XPLO shape with more forgiveness.
Fun Padel Shop went further on defence. Its reviewer felt the core compress at impact and said that just blocking a hard ball sends it deep into the opponent's court. He also noted a larger, more forgiving sweet spot and protection for the elbow and wrist, at the cost of "a fraction of raw explosive power" on full smashes. Both channels point big, technical hitters to the standard XPLO 02 instead.
How it plays..
The Comfort keeps the XPLO's attacking shape but changes its character: the ball comes off the face with more free output and less firm feedback. That makes it easier to live with, especially on defence and for sore arms. Players who like a crisp contact and want to control the exit speed themselves will likely prefer the stiffer XPLO 02.
Defense
This is where the Comfort differs most from the standard XPLO. Reviewers found blocks and defensive returns came off with depth without a full swing, which helps when you are pushed back to the glass. The head-heavy balance still makes late reactions slower than on a round racket.
Attack
The diamond shape and high balance still give real leverage overhead. Both reviewers felt a small drop in pace on maximum-effort smashes compared with the 3K carbon XPLO 02, but kept plenty of attacking power for víboras and flat smashes.
Netplay
At the net the softer face gives easy depth on volleys. Fun Padel Shop found it quick enough for fast volley exchanges, helped by the slightly lower weight. Players who want precise, short touch volleys may find the extra output harder to dose.
Our Advice for New Players
Not a first racket. The diamond shape and head-heavy balance ask for a consistent swing. Beginners get more from a round, lighter model.
Our Advice for Intermediate Players
The best fit. Intermediate players who want to attack with a diamond get help from the forgiving sweet spot and the free power on defence.
Competitive level
Advanced attackers who want comfort, or who deal with elbow trouble, will get on with it. Strong hitters chasing maximum smash pace and a firm feel should choose the standard XPLO 02.
How It Compares
The Bullpadel XPLO 02 2027 has the same frame with a 3K carbon face. Reviewers found it stiffer, with more smash pace and a smaller sweet spot. Pick it if you have the technique and want the hardest strike.
The Bullpadel Xplo Comfort 26 is last year's comfort version with a similar Fibrix face and weight, but without the new throat structure. It is often discounted, which makes it the value pick.
