Winning rallies relies on maintaining the net position by forcing opponents to hit from low, uncomfortable heights. When the ball is below net level, direct it into the opponent's body or toward the fence to prevent them from executing a lob. High balls allow for aggressive play, but low balls require patience and placement to keep the opponent moving. Utilizing the fence as a target is effective because it creates unpredictable bounces that are difficult to return.

Service games improve by aiming deep toward the glass and into the center of the court. Use slice and a full follow-through to keep the ball low after the bounce. When defending, alternate between playing to the feet of the net players and using the lob to force them to retreat. This back-and-forth movement exhausts opponents and limits their ability to attack. Prioritize keeping the ball in play over hitting winners, as staying at the net for longer durations increases the likelihood of forcing an opponent's mistake.
