This lesson is excellent if you are looking to add the Vibora to your game. The coach breaks down the shot into easy-to-follow steps, starting with practicing against the wall to get the feel for the slice and progressing to game-like situations. The tips on grip, stance, and contact point are very helpful for mastering this offensive shot.
Description
If you are able to play this shot you can be very dangerous at the net! Because of the side slice, the ball is very hard to read when it hits the back wall. It is also more difficult to half-volley this shot when you play it before the line. Many reasons to start to use this shot more often, but be careful. Only hit this shot when you are close to the net, for balls that are deeper in the court you should choose the bandeja.
