Refine net transitions and smarter shot selection for better control.

PadelJo
🏆 #1 Takeaway - How can I improve my transition play and shot selection at the net to gain an advantage?
By focusing on stopping on time during transitions, serving deeper to force weaker returns, strategically placing bandejas, choosing the right shot speed and precision based on court position, and exploiting opponent positioning to dictate play.

What Your Guru Thinks

This lesson is really insightful if you are struggling with your transition game and feel rushed at the net. Sven identifies common mistakes like late stopping and ineffective serves that put you under pressure. He provides practical solutions for better shot selection and strategic play, especially with the bandeja and serve, helping you control the point more effectively. You will find it useful to understand how to adjust your shot speed and placement for more precision and time.

My 7 Padel Transitional Mistakes with German Schafer!

Description

Please subscribe, let's get 20K subscribers this year!

This might be one of the things that the general padel player makes the most mistakes on: the transition. I felt like I was making the mistakes because of my “bad” footwork but it really came down to some other things as well. After spending 3 weeks in Spain I began to realise that the players use way more variation in their speed. They also know exactly where to place the ball. This lesson with German really helped me in a lot of aspects of the game.
