Net positioning and transition movement

Movement at the net requires constant adjustment based on the opponent's pressure. When the opponent is under pressure, move forward to close the net. If the opponent has time to play a high ball or a quick shot, take one step back to cover the space. This transition happens in small increments of about one meter. The split step remains necessary even when moving back from the net to prepare for the next volley.

Preparation for the bandeja or vibora must be compact. Avoid long, sweeping arm movements. Keep the preparation short and focus on speed through the contact point. When playing a bandeja, bring the racket behind the neck early to maintain control. Stop moving before the opponent strikes the ball to ensure balance. This session suits players learning to synchronize their movement with their partner and manage court depth.
