Learn when to switch from Bandeja to Vibora for a more offensive overhead shot.

🏆 Your #1 Takeaway

When should I use a Vibora instead of a Bandeja?

Use Vibora for a more offensive, sideways spinning shot when the ball is lower and you want to put pressure on your opponent. Use Bandeja as a more defensive shot to buy time and maintain court position, especially when you are under pressure or need to recover.

What Your Guru Thinks

This is a really insightful lesson to understand the tactical differences between Bandeja and Vibora shots. The coach explains clearly when and why you should choose Vibora over Bandeja to be more offensive. It’s useful to see the practical demonstrations and understand how to adjust your technique for each shot, especially if you are looking to add more variety to your overhead game.

For some tennis players it is way easier to do a vibora instead of a bandeja in my opinion. What I also would like to add is that a vibora doesn't need to be very offensive. A slow vibora in the center is also a fantastic option.
