Siux Obsidian Pro Black 2027
Siux · 2027
Low balance should make it quick at the net
Not yet tested by enough reviewers

On paper this is a control racket for advanced players who build points rather than finish them with force. The teardrop shape and low to medium balance point to quick handling at the net. Watch the soft core: it should be comfortable, but it may give less pop on flat smashes than a harder Siux.

All-court player who prizes control, feel and spin
Bowe is convinced that the racket, shoes, court are the problem, never his own abilities.
The Siux Obsidian Pro Silver 2027 is a new control racket in the Siux 2027 range, sold in a silver-grey finish with emerald green on the handle and edges. Retailers list it for advanced and competition players and open pre-orders with delivery from 22 October 2026.
The weight is not fixed yet: one retailer lists 355 to 375 g, another 360 to 375 g. Retailers also list the shape as teardrop, so treat older catalogue data that calls it round as wrong.
What the Brand Says
Siux and its retailers describe a teardrop with a low balance, which they say gives immediate handling and a large sweet spot. The face is 16K carbon with a 3D texture, on a 100% carbon frame. They say this gives stiffness and a precise response, while the EVA Soft core adds comfort and limits arm fatigue. Retailers call it a new reference for control in the Siux range.
We found no launch video or hands-on review of this model yet.
How It Compares
On paper, the Obsidian Pro sits on the control side of the Siux range: a teardrop with a soft core, against the round or diamond power models with harder cores. We could not find a published spec sheet for an earlier Obsidian to compare it with, so we cannot yet say what changed from last year.
