NOX Equation Soft Advanced 2027
Nox · 2027
Round shape and medium balance should give a forgiving sweet spot
Soft core will likely limit power on smashes

On paper this is a progression racket for intermediate players who want a forgiving round head with a bit more firmness and precision than a soft-core model. Players who want easy power or a very soft feel should look at the Soft version instead.

The Nox Equation Hard Advanced 2027 is the firmer of the two Equation models in Nox's Advanced series for 2027. The Equation line has long been Nox's round-head control racket for players who have outgrown a beginner frame, and this version keeps that recipe: a round head, a medium balance and a weight around 355 to 365 g.
The Hard label refers to the core. Retailer Padel Proshop describes the touch as intermediate-hard with a precise, controlled response, so this is the Equation for players who want a bit more firmness and feedback than the Soft model gives. It goes on sale on 19 October 2026 at around 125 euros.
What the Brand Says
Nox builds it with a carbon fiber frame using its Dynamic Composite Structure, an HR4 hard EVA core and 3K fiberglass faces with a 3D texture for grip on the ball. Nox says its anti-vibration system for 2027 cushions impacts and gives extra comfort and protection for the arm. Padel Proshop notes that the absorption figure Nox gives against the previous generation is brand data, not an independent measurement.
The racket also carries Nox's patented Smartstrap, a safety cord you can remove to wash or replace.
Early coverage so far is catalogue material: Dani 13 walked through the full Nox 2027 range in a launch video, and the Padel Market guide to the 2027 collection places the Advanced Equation models with developing and intermediate players. No hands-on review of this exact model has appeared yet.
How It Compares
On paper, the Equation Soft Advanced 2027 shares the round head and medium balance but uses a softer core, so it should feel more forgiving and give more easy ball exit at slower speeds. Pick the Hard for precision and feedback, the Soft for comfort and help on defensive shots. Against last year's Equation Advanced models, the main announced change is the updated anti-vibration system; shape, balance and weight stay in the same range.
