The stopvolley is a great way to make your opponent move! This is a fun and playful method to learn or improve your stopvolley. One of the methods that we use today is called "differential-learning" = "exploration of movement patterns"
The reason I use this method is because it is able to achieve two things that are very.. very important in your improvement.
1. Discover what works best
2. Learn to perform the skill in a multitude of ways
I think there is no perfect form, only 'your form' and I can try to make you better in your own style.
