This lesson focuses on technical corrections for groundstrokes and volleys. For the backhand, the finish must follow a straight line rather than a V-shape, ensuring the arm does not swing across the body. When playing off the side glass, the feet must move toward the back glass first to create enough space before stepping toward the middle of the court.

Volley technique relies on the non-dominant hand. For the forehand volley, the left hand should reach up toward the chest logo during contact. For the backhand volley, keep both arms compact and close to the body, using the left arm to create tension before extending the right elbow. Regarding the bandeja, players often rush the finish, causing the ball to hit the net. The coach advises waiting longer for the ball and aiming to throw the racket toward the other side of the court, using the service line as a depth target.
