Aggression through spin, strategy, and court awareness.
What Your Guru Thinks
This lesson is really insightful if you want to understand how to be aggressive without relying purely on pace. The coach shows you how important slice and kick spin are to create pressure and make the ball difficult for your opponents to defend, especially off the back wall. They also touch upon adapting your shot choice based on your opponent's style and court position, which is very valuable strategic thinking.
Description
This is the method to play safe and aggressive AND aggressive does not always means fast, it can also mean quick feet and slow balls. Or aggressive positioning. So there is so much more to it than just fast pacy shots.
We will speak about some tactics specifically for the net position. Please like the video if you would like to see more videos like this.
