PADELARTE put measured actual figures on the racket: 365g and a balance of 25 cm, and rated it 8.5 in defence and 9 in net attack, noting that the touch "leans toward hard" and describing a sweet spot they called "standard" but located high on the face. They found the vibora particularly natural: "you notice the high balance heading forward when the racket comes through, and you can accelerate the vibora much more." On smash they were more reserved, noting that finding the exact contact point cost them time.

Being honest here: this is not a racket for players still finding consistency. The sweet spot sits high on the face, the 12K face is stiff, and it will show every misread bounce or rushed swing. For the right player, though, the payoff is real: the EOS Flap makes overhead swings surprisingly fluid, the dual-texture surface grips the ball well for spin, and the HR3 core pulls off something rare for a diamond, giving you decent feel on slow volleys alongside the power. Players who value a forgiving, large sweet spot should look elsewhere. Those who want a stiff, high-balance racket that punishes opponents rather than their own mis-hits will find a lot to like.

Defence is the racket's weakest area and where the small, high sweet spot is most exposed. On slow, looping balls the HR3 rubber gives reasonable output without forcing a full swing, and the Pulse System dampens the sting enough that blocks are manageable. On faster exchanges or wide reaches, the stiff face means off-centre contact sends the ball short or into the net. PADELARTE gave it 8.5 in defence in controlled conditions; PADELREVIEW ENG scored lobs at 8, noting that the racket "lets you defend in all kinds of situations" with good maneuverability, as long as technique holds.

Overheads are where this racket earns its price. The EOS Flap makes it fast enough to react on quick hands. The bandeja is a highlight: xTRES Padel noted "it is a delight up there" with solid control when preparation is possible. Close-range reflex volleys are less comfortable than on a rounder, head-light frame.

How it compares

The Nox AT10 Genius Attack 12K shares the same 12K carbon face and HR3 rubber family but uses a teardrop shape, giving it a lower balance, a wider sweet spot positioned more centrally, and a slightly less explosive but more forgiving overhead. Players who want power with more defensive safety should look at the AT10 Attack before committing to the Quantum.
