The coach evaluates match footage to refine positioning and decision-making. When a lob falls short, the player must threaten with a smash or a fast ball to force the opponents to defend from the back. If the opponents stay deep, a firm shot through the middle is often more effective than attempting a precise winner. The player is encouraged to read the ball's trajectory before committing to a specific shot, as the ball's position relative to the body dictates whether to play a bandeja, a vibora, or a soft touch.

Court positioning is determined by the quality of the shot played. After a deep, parallel lob, moving toward the net is appropriate, but players must respect the middle zone, which belongs to the partner. When the court is open, aiming for the center of the available space is safer than hunting for the lines. In defensive situations, players should play toward the area where they can recover their position most quickly, typically favoring the middle or the parallel, rather than forcing a cross-court shot that leaves the court exposed. This analysis suits competitive players looking to improve their tactical awareness and court movement.
