Players can alternate between forehand and backhand, varying the speed to work on control or half-volleys. Moving closer to the glass increases the intensity of these exchanges, while aiming for the corners adds a layer of difficulty to the movement.

For the kick smash, the focus shifts to brushing over the back of the ball to generate topspin. Repeatedly hitting the ball against the back wall allows for endless practice of this motion without needing a partner. To integrate movement and footwork, players can perform these shots while incorporating side steps or navigating through cones. Finally, the court can be mentally divided into nine sections.
