Bandeja and Vibora: technical differences
EverythingPadel

Use the bandeja to control the net with your chest and shoulders. Use the vibora when you want to hurt your opponent by snapping your wrist and elbow for side spin.
The bandeja functions as a control shot to maintain the net position. The player pushes the ball forward using the chest and shoulders to keep opponents pinned at the back of the court. The contact remains slower and more deliberate to ensure depth without risking an unforced error.
In contrast, the vibora aims to hurt the opponent with speed and spin. This shot uses the wrist and elbow to generate side spin and increased velocity. While both shots share a similar starting position, the vibora requires a faster swing path to create the aggressive trajectory needed to finish the point or put the opponents under pressure.
